AFAIK, the genre isn't overly popular (even now, yuri manga is primarily read by women rather than male otaku), hence the poor selection of titles.
Supposedly, Akaiito has lesbian themes, although they're merely implied (as for adult games, Yami to Bōshi to Hon no Tabibito is a title that's sometimes brought up since the anime featured yuri, but I don't know if the game version is the same).
