Well, this is my first post on this forum, so hello (hajimemashite, minna-sama).
I'm sorry for being as rude as to make a request on my first post, but unfortunately, I have one that I couldn't accomplish myself.
The thing is, I love reading visual novels, especially heart-warming (sad or nostalgic or just overly cute) novels, but I hadn't been able to find any free visual novels (I'm temporarily out of money and I don't want to get them illegally) other than the ones I'd already read.
The ones that I'd read up to now are:
-Narcissu
-Narcissu ~Side 2nd~
-Planetarian
-Air
-Kanon
-True Remembrance
-At Summer's End
So, I'd like to ask you to help me with finding any heart-warming visual novels (I prefer ones that can be read in English, but I can also manage to read them in Japanese).
Will you please help me?

A Dream of Summer is fantastic (by the same people as At Summer's End but of much higher caliber IMHO).
Collage I remember fondly, but I do not remember why I liked it (played it long ago). The price is right though :D
A Midsummer Days Resonance: Some yuri themes, highly recommended.
Sore ja matta ne ; until we meet again : This piece plays out like an art film more than a game. A beautiful piece.
Though in Japanese, I have heard "Bye" recommended several times. I haven't played it yet however, (though this thread reminds me to dl it) Click around and there is a free download version after the listing for the CD version. An expanded version is for sale in Japan (500 yen) but thats neither accessible nor free XP
Though I closed the download section a long time ago it's still there, and I think the Doujin section here is worth a look for ya!

P.S.: Download Links don't work anymore. Misuzu from VisualNews bitched around some forums and harmed our reputation so much that I removed them from the server completely.
Oh Misu *rolls eyes* didn't he disappear without telling anyone a year ago? I remember those threads XP
Our reviews section has a lot of free games as well.
Yeah - and actually left a few of Doujin/ translation groups without host :erk:
But btt ;)
I haven't been able to read these visual novels yet, but they look promising...
I have severe animosity towards that place.
EDIT: Nevermind, I didn't see how old that post was.
