English Visual Novels???

Hi, since there are so many lovely Visual Novels out there, I wondered if there are any available in English as well that are being sold?

If there are, does anyone know where you can purchase them?

Since my japanese is not yet of a very high standard, and only very few japanese visual novels have english patches for them, if anyone can tell of of any visual novel games out there (preferably for PC since I dont have any consoles) that is available for purchase in English, it'd be very helpful.
